Service Fees

All fees for GBC Enterprise LLC services will be communicated to clients before services are provided and may be outlined in a written service agreement.

Refunds

Fees for services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for services that have not yet been completed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and according to the applicable service agreement.

Cancellations

Clients should notify GBC Enterprise LLC as soon as possible if they need to cancel a service. Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the service, timing of the request, and applicable agreement.

Third-Party Expenses

Fees paid to third-party vendors, contractors, screening providers, advertising services, or other providers on behalf of a client may be non-refundable.
